A Call for Collaboration
Since it's become clear that my life consists of little more than writing Gravity, drawing Gravity, planning Gravity, and half-assedly promoting Gravity, I guess it's okay for me to talk shop here.
I've written perhaps 2/3s of Chapter II with a clear cut ending in mind, so it's safe for me to think ahead in more detail.
I won't reveal anything of Chapter III save its title ('Allison Faire') and the fact that it's about someone named Allison Faire; even though it hasn't been written yet, I have a fairly good idea of how the story will go, since it's the first chapter that more or less accurately represents what Gravity is all about (Chapter I is me just trying to figure out what the hell I'm doing and Chapter II is more like that action sequence at the start of the movie before the main story begins).
Chapter IV is the one I'm *really* excited about, for at least two reasons: 1) I can get away with the fractured postmodern prose style which is more my forte, and 2) Hopefully I can work with other artists/authors.
This is where you come in:
Chapter IV will feature four dream sequences, each of which will be illustrated in a radically different style and tone. Originally they were just supposed to be nightmares but I've expanded that to include dreams in general. My intention is for each sequence to actually be written and drawn by people other than myself, and yet still be incorporated into the overall story in meaningful and significant ways. Even though there are certain things that must be included into each sequence for the sake of story, whomever volunteers will be given free reign over everything else.
I've already approached two artists I admire about this; one has sort of given me the thumbs-up, and I'm still waiting on the other. That leaves two (potentially three) spots open. There are still a couple of people I want to try, but really I'd like to have a list of options available so that there won't be any delay in between Chapters III and IV.
Oh and of course you'll get full credit etc etc. I've always been adamant about my collaborators getting their fair shake, and often promote them more than I do myself.
If you're interested in working with me on Chapter IV or have any questions either reply here or drop me a line at ndwlfwd@yahoo.com. It'll be awesome, just you wait.

i hope that wasn't too vague =)
if that sounds just waay too vague, it's meant to be. i'd really rather not divulge critical story points until i have a pledge of secrecy. sorry =)
sure, only like 5 people read this thing anyways ... but still ... i'm sure you understand lol
question
The theme is dreams and in the dream ther has to be a child?
...
intresting. But I´m not sure if I have the motivation to draw a side about my dreams xD;
dunno more information would be great :/
Re: question
Re: question
Well it is clearer to me.
So you tell us what we draw and then we draw it?
